How is my party ran? What is the schedule of the party?

Our staff will get the participants checked in and they will then go and play
the first game of laser tag. The kids will then be called to come back to their
table or room for cake, pizza and presents. After they have cake, pizza and
presents, they can go and play their second game of laser tag. You will have
your table and/or room for the full two hours. You and your guests are
welcome to stay and play/eat for as long as you like in the arcade or add an
additional game of laser tag for an additional fee if time permits.

What is a good time to book in advance for a party?

To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend
booking your party at least 2 weeks before the party. The easiest way to book
a party is to book online through our website. Simply check out our
party packages page then click the BOOK NOW to book it.

What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?

We can accommodate parties of up to 150 people. Every attendee of your
party will be billed at either the player or non-player rate. Keep in mind that
some of our party rooms can only comfortably accommodate up to 30
people. We would recommend you get an accurate count of your party
members at least 2 days before your party. If your party grows to larger than
what is booked on the day of the party, we will do our best to accommodate
but there is no guarantee of space. Additional fees will apply to all additional
party attendees above what was booked. Facility Buyouts are available.

What is the deposit amount?

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all birthday parties.
For facility buyouts, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits are
applied to the remaining balance at the end of the event.

My child is gluten intolerant - are there exceptions for accomadating allergies?

Yes, if your child has special needs, please let us know upon booking your
party so that we can make the appropriate accommodations and inform your
Party Host

I have some kids a that are coming to our party that are very young,
ages 4 & and under… do we have to pay for them?

Any child who is playing Laser Tag regardless of age, will need to be paid for.
Children under 4 who are not playing laser tag will not be charged for.

Do I need to call back to give you my pizza order and final head count? When do you need that
info?

No need to call us! Just email your pizza order to the party, email in your
invoice along with your name. We update your party with whatever you need
and email you back with confirmation reflecting the changes. All party
changes, including pizza orders, must be placed three days prior to your
party. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers besides your birthday
cake, cupcakes or cookies.

Do you have parties on weekdays?

Yes! We host parties 5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday. You can
book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link on our
website.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours; notice, then, so long as you
reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled
event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event. If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours; notice, then you waive the right to the deposit, but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event. If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event. If an Act of God or weather event causes us to close, your party will be rescheduled, and your deposit will apply to the newly scheduled party. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

How early can I arrive for my party?

We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time,
so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or
table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

What am I allowed to bring to the party? What do I need to bring?

With a paid birthday party, feel free to bring a cake, single serve cupcakes,
cookies, candles, presents, and birthday child! All other items can be
purchased through our facility. We do not allow outside food, drinks or
coolers.

Is gratuity included in a birthday party or should I tip the party host?

Gratuity is not included for parties of less than 25 people and can be provided
directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion. An automatic service
charge of 18% will apply to parties of 25 or more.

Can we bring our own pizza or outside food?

We offer pizza, beverages, and other foods which can be purchased through
us. We will contact you a few days before your party to get your pizza order if
you do not know it at the time of booking. All pizza orders must be placed by
5pm three days prior to your party. To ensure that your pizza orders are
received in a timely manner, please note the pizza order cutoff time. We do
not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; however, cake, cupcakes, or cookies
are permitted with a booked party.

Can I bring my own decorations/plates/napkins?

Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations,
plates, and napkins with a paid birthday party, you are more than welcome to
do so! We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled
start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your
room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.
No confetti or silly string is allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will
apply for any confetti or silly string used at your party.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow any other outside food or drink at our facility.
However, your party package does include beverages and food.

Is there a place to put presents?

Yes, in the Party Rooms we have tables for presents.

Do we get a party host with the party table?

Yes, you will have a Party Host that will take care of everything you need. They
will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a
waiter/waitress environment.

What is the cost to add additional participants to my party package?

The cost of additional participants will be $44 for an extra player and $25 for a
nonplayer.

What qualifies as an extra player or non-player in the birthday package?

Extra Player refers to any person participating in a laser tag game. They will
be provided with food as well. Non-player refers to any person attending the
party but NOT playing laser tag. Non-Players do not participate in the laser
tag games but will be provided with food and drink. If you do not want extra
guests on your bill, they should not be in the party room.

Where can I get the waivers?

We recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in
advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every
customer wishing to participate in laser tag is required to sign a waiver.

What are the waivers?

The waivers outline the risks associated with playing in our laser tag stadium.
We require waivers to be filled out for each participant before they are
allowed to participate in laser tag.

How many kids will one pizza serve?

If you are approximating 2 slices per person, one pizza should feed 5 people.
All pizza orders must be placed by 5pm three days prior to your party. To
ensure that your pizza orders are received in a timely manner, please note the
pizza order cutoff time. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers
besides your birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies.

Where can I get the waivers?

We can provide an extra pizza or beverages at an additional cost. It is
recommended that you order enough pizza three days prior to your party,
however we will make the best accommodation possible in the event that
you need extra pizza.
